What StitchQuill is
We turn logos and artwork into stitch files for embroidery machines, and into clean vector art for printing. You upload your artwork, tell us the size and placement, and a digitizer builds the file by hand. You get a stitch simulation proof and a PDF worksheet, ask for changes if you need them, and pay only once you approve. Your finished design comes in every common machine format, so you are not stuck asking for a different file later.
Our work covers embroidery digitizing for left chest logos, caps, jacket backs, patches, 3D puff and applique, plus vector art conversion, screen print separations and embroidery file conversion and edits.
Why we started it
Ordering a digitized logo online is often harder than it should be. Prices are hidden behind "request a quote" forms. Some services want payment before you have seen anything. Files arrive as email attachments that get lost, and ordering the same logo again six months later means starting from scratch. We built StitchQuill to fix those specific problems.
Clear prices
Embroidery digitizing is priced flat per design by finished size, starting at $14 for a design up to 4.5 inches. The order form shows your price before you submit. Very large or unusual jobs are quoted, and you accept the quote before any work starts. The full list is on the pricing page.
Proof before payment
Nothing is charged until you approve the proof. If the proof is not right, you ask for changes, and revisions are unlimited until you are happy with it. That puts the risk on us, which is where we think it belongs.
A real dashboard
Every customer gets an account with order history, proof approval, messages, downloads, re-orders, a saved logo library, credits and invoices in one place. When a customer calls you for another batch of hats, you can find the file in seconds.
The people behind StitchQuill
Muhammad Mustafa, founder
StitchQuill was founded by Muhammad Mustafa, who has more than 11 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads and e-commerce. He runs the business and customer side: the website, the ordering system, pricing, support and making sure orders move on time. He is not a digitizer, and we do not present him as one. His job is to make the service easy to use and to make sure you get straight answers.
The digitizing team
Your files are made by a small team of digitizers who build every design by hand in Wilcom, the professional digitizing software used by commercial embroidery studios, and redraw vector art by hand in Adobe Illustrator. That means choosing stitch types, setting stitch direction, planning underlay, adding pull compensation and ordering the sequence to cut down on trims and jumps. Every file is checked against your order details (size, placement, fabric and machine format) before the proof goes out. If a file we digitized does not sew cleanly on the machine and fabric you told us about, send us a photo of the sew-out and we fix it free. The full terms are on our guarantee page.
Who operates StitchQuill
StitchQuill is operated by 95 Solutions LLC. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, bank payments go straight to our business bank account or Wise, and your artwork and files are kept in private storage that only you and our team can access. Who we serve
We work with anyone who needs good stitch files or print-ready art, from busy production shops to people with a single machine at home. Most of our customers are in the United States, and we also serve customers in Canada, the UK and Australia. Typical customers include:

What we will not claim
You will not find made-up reviews, invented customer counts or borrowed logos on this site. Our portfolio only shows real customer work, and we take any sample down on request. We would rather you judge us on your own design, which is why new accounts get a free first design up to $24 of design value, with no card needed to place it.
