Three turnaround options

You choose the turnaround in the order form, and the price updates before you submit. Every option gets the same hand digitizing, the same proof and the same unlimited revisions. The only difference is where your order sits in the queue.

The fee is per order. It is added to the design price you see in the order form, so there are no surprises when you approve.

When the clock starts and stops

Turnaround is counted from the moment you place the order. For jobs we quote, such as designs over 14 inches, it is counted from the moment you accept the quote. The clock stops when your proof is uploaded to your dashboard and we email you that it is ready.

The time you spend looking at the proof is yours. Once you approve and pay, your files are ready to download straight away, so there is no second wait for delivery.

We do not promise delivery at a particular clock time or on a particular weekend day. If you have a hard deadline, pick the option that leaves some room and write the date in the order notes so the digitizer knows.

Same day embroidery digitizing with express

Express is our same day embroidery digitizing option. It suits the jobs every shop knows: a customer walks in wanting shirts tomorrow, a team order arrives with the logo missing, or a production run is booked and the file is still in an inbox. Order express and your proof is back within 6 hours of placing the order.

Express works best for the kind of designs most shops need in a hurry: left chest logos, cap fronts, sleeve text and other small or medium designs with clear artwork. Very large or unusually detailed designs can still go express, but those are the jobs where clear artwork and complete order details matter most.

Fast embroidery digitizing, still built by hand

Fast embroidery digitizing does not mean a shortcut. Rush and express orders are not run through auto-digitizing software to save time. The same digitizer sets the underlay, density, pull compensation and stitch order for your fabric. Paying for speed moves your order up the queue; it does not change how the file is made.

Rush embroidery digitizing

Rush embroidery digitizing, within 12 hours for $5, is the middle option for jobs that need to be done today or first thing tomorrow but do not need the fastest slot. It suits a job that has to be on the machine at the start of the next working day.

24 hour digitizing on every standard order

Standard turnaround is 24 hour digitizing at no extra charge. For most orders, placed with a few days to spare, it is the right choice. Order today, see the proof within 24 hours, and keep the rush fee in your margin.

Revisions and turnaround

Revisions are free and unlimited until you approve, and they do not count as a new order. Small changes, such as a thread color, a letter spacing tweak or a slightly wider outline, are usually quick because the file already exists. Bigger changes, such as a new size or a different placement, take longer because parts of the design need rebuilding.

To keep revisions fast, list every change in one message on the order and attach a marked-up image if it helps. Several small requests sent one at a time take longer than one clear list.

Large or complex designs

A detailed jacket back, a chenille design or a patch with many small elements simply takes more digitizing time than a left chest logo. For designs we quote, we confirm the timing with the quote so you can plan. If a design is too detailed to sew well at the size you asked for, we tell you before we start and suggest what to simplify, rather than rushing a file that will not run cleanly.

How to get your files faster

Most delays come from missing information, not from digitizing time. These steps keep your order moving:

1. Send the clearest artwork you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) or a sharp, high resolution image. A photo of a shirt works, but it is slower. Our artwork guide explains what helps.
2. Give the exact finished size. Width or height in inches for the stitched design, not the image size.
3. Name the placement and fabric. A cap front, a pique polo and a fleece jacket each need a different file.
4. Choose your machine formats. If you do not know, tell us the machine brand and model.
5. Type out any small text. Blurry lettering is the most common reason we need to ask a question.
6. Watch your email. If the digitizer has a question, a quick reply keeps the order on time.
